Yes. The Basic plan is completely free and includes 500MB of storage, one video message, and up to three recipients. You can upgrade to Premium anytime for additional features.
Messages are delivered automatically via email on the scheduled date. Recipients receive a secure link and must enter a password you set to access the content.
Absolutely. All files are stored outside the public web directory, accessible only through authenticated requests. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and content is password-protected.
You can upload videos (MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI), photos (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF), and audio files (MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG). Videos are automatically transcoded for optimal playback.
Yes. You can edit, update, or delete any of your content and recipients at any time before the scheduled delivery date through your dashboard.
A Memorial Page is a dedicated web page (Premium feature) that brings together all your messages, photos, and letters in one place. Recipients can visit this page to see everything you've left for them.
We strongly recommend adding a backup email address for each recipient. If the primary email is missed, the backup ensures your message still reaches its destination.
Content is stored for one year after delivery. Before deletion, we send notices at 30 days and 7 days prior. You can extend the storage period from your dashboard.
