1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LastWithYou ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LastWithYou is a scheduled message delivery service that allows users to pre-record messages (video, photos, letters, voice) and schedule automatic delivery to designated recipients on a specified date.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content Storage

Uploaded content is stored for 1 year after delivery. Recipients will be notified 30 days and 7 days before deletion. Recipients may extend the storage period through a paid extension.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery due to server failures, email delivery issues, or force majeure events. We will, however, use our best efforts to ensure reliable operation.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you upload. We only store and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Refund Policy

Premium plan purchases may be refunded within 7 days if no content has been uploaded. All other refund requests are handled at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
